Background and experience
Caige Smith, PT, DPT, LMT is owner and CEO of TherapyDoc. He earned a massage therapy certificate from The Healing Arts Center in 2006, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SIUE in 2013, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bradley University in 2017. He is experienced in outpatient, acute inpatient, home health physical therapy settings, and has expertise in massage and manual therapy.
What we offer
TherapyDoc provides solutions to various issues affecting your ability to work or play:

We offer a variety of physical therapy treatments, wellness education, and are available for corporate wellness and chair massage events. All of our services are rendered at a location of your choosing, such as home or work.
What to expect
After you contact TherapyDoc, we will respond to you for additional information and scheduling. Individual sessions require an initial evaluation to form an assessment and plan for your care. Group wellness events are typically scheduled on an hourly basis, which are customized to your needs. Please note, a doctor's referral is no longer required to start physical therapy in Missouri or Illinois.

Pricing
Mobile therapy rates:
- $120 per hour for all services
Discounts:
- $340 for 3 hour package / event
- $650 for 6 hour package / event
Additional information:
- All services are self-pay. We do not contract with any insurance companies at this time.
- You may be seen with or without a doctor's note.
